Terms
Terms of Service
Short version: this site gives you straight radon information and a way to request work. Using it means accepting the terms below. Effective July 14, 2026.
What This Site Is
Sioux Falls Radon Pros connects property owners in the Sioux Falls area with local, licensed, and insured providers for radon testing and mitigation work. The footer disclosure on every page says the same thing, and this section is its longer form. When you submit the quote form or call, your request goes to the provider who handles the work.
Information, Not Health Advice
The radon content here summarizes published guidance from the EPA and the South Dakota Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources. It's provided for general information. For medical questions about radon exposure, talk to a doctor. For the official protocols, go to the agencies directly; we link to them where we cite them.
Published Prices Are Ranges, Not Quotes
The dollar figures on this site are typical ranges from published cost guides and state sources. They exist so you can sanity-check any quote, including ours. They are not an offer to do your job at those numbers. A real quote depends on your foundation, your levels, and your house, and it comes in writing after the job is scoped.
Quote Requests
Sending the form or calling is a request to be contacted, nothing more. It doesn't create a contract, and you're free to get other bids. Any agreement for actual work happens directly between you and the provider, in writing, with its own terms.
What We Don't Promise
The site is provided as-is. We work to keep the information current and sourced, but we can't guarantee it's error-free, and radon guidance gets updated by the agencies that own it. External links go to sites we don't control. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for losses that come from relying on this site alone. A scoped, written quote and the agencies' own publications are the documents to rely on.
Changes and Contact
These terms are provisional while the business entity behind this site is being formalized, and they'll be updated as that completes. When the terms change, the effective date above changes too. Questions go to (605) 800-6149, or through the contact page.
